Your Treatment
Our signature lymphatic drainage massage sessions are 60 minutes of pure relaxation and detoxification. You will be detoxing in a luxury HigherDOSE infrared sauna blanket for the first half of your session while your lymphatic drainage specialist performs lymphatic drainage on your face and neck. The next half of your session is a hands-on, full body lymphatic drainage. Most of your lymph nodes reside in your groin, stomach, armpits, and face, so our treatment focuses heavily on those areas.
45 minute body only and 30 minute face only lymphatic drainage treatments are also available!.
Why we use the Higher DOSE infrared sauna blanket
Infrared detoxes from inside out, penetrating to a cellular level. Infrared detoxes 7x times more than traditional saunas. The infrared rays vibrate water molecules, which loosen deep stored toxins from your fat cells. Infrared detoxes from heavy metals, radiation and environmental pollutants through sweat. It also increases blood flow and circulation, and drains the lymphatic system through sweat, urine, spit.
Post Lymphatic Drainage
1. Water! This treatment releases the toxins in your body to flush them out. If you don’t drink enough water, you may feel the effects of toxins released in your body. Please drink enough water to finish the detox by flushing out everything we break down in the session.
2. Avoid alcohol or sugar. This detox works and is very powerful. If you put toxins in your system after your session, you will feel them even more than usual.
3. Honor your body and get some rest after treatment. We do not advise working out or doing anything strenuous for the next 24 hours.
