Cancellation Policy

All booked appointments are non-refundable. Any unused credits will remain in your account and may be transferable to a different service or to a family or friend. Please provide at least 24 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Same day no shows and/or same day rescheduling, even if the treatment is rescheduled on the same day at a different time, will be charged the full price of the service. Kindly consider our staff’s time and availability for other clients when reserving your treatment.
