Hi I am Stephanie a proud lymphatic drainage specialist on the Alivio team! My own personal wellness journey led me down this line of work and I am so excited to be able to share this wellness care with you all. Through lymphatic drainage we will work together to detoxify your body from both physical and emotional blockages.

My background as a birth & postpartum doula allow me the innate ability to trust the capabilities of the human body. I know that every human body is different, every wellness journey looks different and I will always honor that for you.
