I believe whole heartedly that the human body has the amazing ability to heal itself. It’s all about investing the time and energy into self care practices. I’ve learned this over many years working in the holistic wellness field and applying the same principles in my own life. At Alivio, I educate, support and guide people to explore healthier lifestyles through colon hydrotherapy and lymphatic drainage massage.

I accept and honor where individuals are in their healing journey and offer them an open ear without judgement. I understand that the healing process is unique for each person that I meet. I love working with people in this way and pour lots of love and positive energy into each session that I provide.
