After learning I had chronic Lyme Disease in 2012, and later mold toxicity, I tried many different types of treatment with various health practitioners over a period of about ten years. After some trials and tribulations, I found that healthy plant-based eating, combined with colon hydrotherapy has worked better than anything else for me. My personal success with gravity colonics inspired me to study colon hydrotherapy with Helen Wood in the fall of 2021 and open my own studio, Vermont Gravity Colonics, in Hardwick Vermont in the Spring of 2022. I am thrilled to join the Alivio Wellness team and will be traveling to the Hoboken studio twice a month to see clients.
