Hi I’m Nicole, and I have the pleasure of being one of the Lymphatic Specialists here at Alivio Wellness. I am traditionally trained in Brazilian Manual Lymphatic Drainage Technique and Embodiment Work Practices.
Through my training and years of research, I have made it my mission to help our clients become present within their bodies. While also aiding in their detoxification process, together we can eliminate the physical, emotional, and energetic waste that has been built up over their lifetime.
I started in this work after my own Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) diagnosis at 16 years old, when I was told I would have to take medications like hormonal birth control, metformin and spironolactone for the rest of my life to achieve normality. And that if I were ever to try to convince, I would have great difficulty or it may not happen at all. After a year of taking all of the recommended meds, I noticed nothing really changed.
Through years of research, I found that there were alternative options for me to control my symptoms. Slowly, I started to incorporate everything I was learning into my daily life. With nutrition, embodiment, lymphatic drainage and other lifestyle changes, I have achieved a regulated hormone level that years ago I would have never thought possible without medication.
I have been on a nonstop wellness journey that has opened many doors in my life. Most importantly, I have been able to share these experiences with others and help those around me.
I am beyond excited for the opportunity to heal, share, learn and grow with our clients at Alivio and assist them in achieving their wellness goals!
